Luxury Items Note: For items over $1,000, we conduct additional inspection to ensure all security tags and authenticity markers are intact.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and luxury preservation reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Final Sale Items

  • Clearance and sale items marked "Final Sale"
  • Personalized or monogrammed items
  • Swimwear and intimate apparel (for hygiene)
  • Beauty and fragrance products

Luxury Exceptions

  • Fine jewelry (unless defective)
  • Timepieces and watches
  • Custom orders and made-to-measure
  • Gift cards and store credit

Exception: Items that arrive damaged or defective are eligible for return or exchange regardless of category.
