Standard Returns

Luxury Items Note: For items over $1,000, we conduct additional inspection to ensure all security tags and authenticity markers are intact.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and luxury preservation reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Final Sale Items
- Clearance and sale items marked "Final Sale"
- Personalized or monogrammed items
- Swimwear and intimate apparel (for hygiene)
- Beauty and fragrance products
